CANCELlATION– Any appointment that is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and 50% of the services will be charged via invoice. If the invoice is not paid you will not be able to book another appointment with us. NO SHOW- If you do not show up to your appointment, 50% of the services will be charged via invoice and you will not be able to book another appointment until it is paid. LATE FEE – Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for any service that takes less than 30 minutes, it will be canceled and you must pay the fee to rebook. For Appointments that have a duration of more than 45 minutes, we offer a 15 minute grace period.
If Client needs to cancel/reschedule appointment, Client will need to give a notice 48 hours prior to appointment.
Deposits can be refunded only if appointment is cancelled no later than 48 hours before.
Client will forfeit deposit and will be charged 50% of the service booked if Client gives less than a 24-hour notice or if no show Client will forfeit 100% of the service booked.
Arriving late will reduce the time for service. If Client is more than 10 minutes late, Client understands that the appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be subjected to the no-show fee above.
